In MS Outlook, On the menu bar click TOOLS, OPTIONS
In the dialogue box that appears, click on the tab that says Mail Format
At the bottom of the dialogue box, in the section that says “Signature”, click on Signature Picker
In the dialogue box that appears, click on the button that says NEW
Type in a name for your signature file, then click <Next>
Type in the box what you want your signature to say, ie. “Avatar on the Internet: www.avatarepc.com”
Then click Advanced Edit.
Click Yes to have MS Outlook launch the program MS Frontpage (If you don’t have Frontpage, just click <FINISH> when you have typed your “signature”)
In MS Frontpage, highlight the letters www.avatarepc.com
Then, from the menu bar, choose INSERT, HYPERLINK
At the bottom of the dialogue box where it says URL: type www.avatarepc.com after the http://
Then click OK
Click the X in the upper right hand corner to close MS Frontpage
Click YES to save changes
This will add a link to the Avatar website to your email file, click OK, then OK again.
Send an email to yourself first to check if you like the way the signature appears.
This will now appear at the bottom of all your emails.
If there is a time where you do not want it to appear, you can delete it before sending the mail OR to permanently remove it,
Go back to TOOLS, OPTIONS, Mail Format, and choose <NONE> from the drop-down box next to “Use this signature by default:”
