How to Find, View or Delete files or Folders in Windows

1. Click Start>Programs and choose Windows Explorer

a. This will open a window that will show all your folders on the left hand side of the screen and all the files within the folders on the right hand side of the screen.

2. Most anything you will be looking for will be in the My Documents or My Downloads folders.

a. If you click on either of these folders, the right hand side of the screen will show you all the files in those folders.

b. You can open a file from within this application by double-clicking on it.

c. You can delete a file by clicking on it and hitting the delete button on your keyboard

d. You can rename a file by clicking on it and then clicking the right mouse button. This will bring up a menu of things you can do to the file, one of which is rename it.
