For example: www.askjoanne.com brings you to my home page, the title of that page is: "Ask Joanne Marcinek, Information Consulting, Expert Searcher, Search Engine Optimization, Newtown Connecticut"

Try this page: http://www.b-way.com/ Their page title comes up as "Untitled Document." Chances are, they would rather have something more relevant to their page content as their page title.

Search engines are like giant card catalogues of information, if the title of the page is inaccurate, chances are the page will be filed / indexed incorrectly.
