Website Tracking Reports: Tracking reports are created from log files of visitors to your website. Depending on the reports you are using, an incredible amount of data can be collected.

Tracking reports can help determine if your website is really working for you. They can provide data on the effectiveness of any website optimization you have done as well as the effectiveness of online advertising and link campaigns.

Where do I get Tracking Reports? Depending on who you host your website with, they may provide some basic tracking reports. Contact your hosting company and ask about statistical reports. As with all services, some are better than others, some of the "free with your hosting account" reports are difficult to understand or may not give you flexibility in viewing the data over a time period for comparison purposes.
