There are other email marketing programs that I recommend - a free mail list manager offered with hosting from Westhost is Dada Mail. Dada Mail does not offer "click through" statistics which are very valuable in determining the effectiveness of your email campaign. However, if you are a Google Adwords client - you can use cross-channel tracking to track email and other advertising campaigns - write or call for more details!
