Google has a new service called Google Local.

Search for your business on Google using your primary business and your location. (eg. Massage Therapy Bethel CT) Does your website come up on the first page?

Getting listed in Google Local is the quickest and easiest way to get your business listed on the top of the search engine results page for your locally oriented business... and you don't even have to have a website to be listed on Google Local (though I highly recommend one!)
To submit your business for free to Google Local go to: https: //www.google.com/local/add/login and create an account. They will walk you through all the steps you need to take to get your business listed and verified.
